On the day of service

After the service

If any issue arises related to the work carried out or a part replaced within 12 months of the service date, you’re fully covered. Any necessary follow-up repairs will be completed at no extra cost, giving you complete peace of mind.

To ensure warranty coverage:

All work must be booked, approved, and paid for through Hon Car Service
Any additional work should be confirmed within our system so it can be properly tracked

Work paid for or arranged outside of the Hon Car Service platform cannot be covered under the warranty.
